Firstly, your events need some major overhauling. You had one person in the entire world that finished the event…enough said. If you dont see an issue with that and the amount of actual real cash needing to be spent, than I hope your happy with a quick cash grab but you’ll lose players fast if you make events with unattainable rewards.
Speaking of rewards…what kind of 28-day objectives are “spend 2,000 gems” and “buy 1 special offer from the store.” You mean, pay more money for this new reward system? That’s how you lost this player who spent more money. I will play this casually at best until I find something worth my cash and time.
