I’ve been rolling hundreds of 2 star equipments to try and roll minion power on everything, and I noticed one thing very clearly: all my heroes lack it on belt and off hand.
So before I waste even more dust trying to roll this: is it even possible? Perhaps one of you has done it, or someone from the staff can clarify?
