Hi. So I have just won my first round of Last Man Standing and it is telling me I have to wait 20 minutes (1100 second) for other battles to end? I have won, does this happen every time I win or is it a bug?

Thanks for reporting! This is a known bug, the team is on it at the moment. 
In the meantime, please completely close Heroic and restart. Your tokens will be there waiting to be claimed.
