The Valen Hero Pack offer purchasable with gems was activated after the event went live, with a little delay. You should be able to see it now in the bottom right screen of the Solo Boss Raid map and in the Shop - Offers. If you still cannot see it, please restart the app and play through one more level of Solo Boss Raid. Let us know it that works!
