Game crashes when trying to arena

Hi there stopped playing shortly after launch cane back to find a lot of game upgrades really impressed with everything however I cannot play arena battles every time I try to PvP it says must complete tutorial and then freezes my game please help

For anyone asking yes I have completed the tutorials fully

Thanks for getting in touch and reporting this. Please check if you have any unclaimed Hero shards on the Battle Arena milestones and collected them following the instructions.
