So I have had to reset my phone and reinstall the game. When I go to connect to Facebook it tells me your account is linked to another account. I’m trying to get old one back but cannot connect to facebook.
My fb email account is carsjr@gmail.com or carsjr@hotmail.com

Was your account linked to either Google Play or Game Center? If you had connected your account to one of those two, you should log in using those to access your account.
Facebook connects for social purposes, such as showing you your friends who play.
