My account PooPoPoPoPoPoooo linked to gmail address has disappeared after a transfer to new device, in the guild (GHOUL

No response after 3 days, this is a serious bug … any account with a cross-device transfer could disappear. Why is it overwritten? How can I overwrite something uniquely linked to a Google Play address? Please help me in some way to recover the account, also you could use this report to fix this bug! Thank you
